In this section, you will find:

YTD Responses: The number of responses we've received to the Family Support Bot (texts) or Family Support Team (calls).

Response rate: The percentage of those who received a prompt to either text or call that followed through with a text or call.

Opt-outs: The total number of opt-outs we've received by text or call.

Opt-out rate: The percentage of people who received a communication that opted-out.

Resource Request Summary: This is a summary of how many times each resource was provided to families.

Resource Click Summary: This is a summary of how many clicks each link has received, since the time the link was created. The link may have been created during previous school years.
