The Students tab provides information about all students who have received a communication from EveryDay Labs, as well as any resources provided to their family through the Family Support Bot or Family Support Team. Click on the student to view more details.
The Family tab provides information about the parents and guardians who have received communications, their students, and whether they've opted out of text. Click on the parent/guardian to see. more details.
The Mail Issues tab includes information about addresses that came back as having an error when EveryDay Labs ran them through the National Change of Address database.
The Phone Issues tab includes a list of contacts with phone numbers that were not mobile numbers, and therefore cannot receive text communications from EveryDay Labs.
