Student Level Data
All student level reporting information can be found in the student list and in the student profile.
To see which communications an individual student has received, navigate to the "Communications" tab in their profile. Here you will see all communications listed, along with the option to download PDF versions of any letters sent. Please note that it can take up to a week for PDFs to appear in the student profile.
Also in the student profile, you can view the related guardians, whether they have opted out, and whether they have a valid moble number. And you can view student address information and whether there are any issues detected.
You can also filter the student list to find all students who've been opted out or have address issues. For more details on address issues for larger groups of students, download the csv of the student list. This will provide you with the original address, the processed address, and the potential address error. Any address corrections should be made in the SIS.
