In the Reports view, you will find a summary of all communications sent by EveryDay Labs.
YTD Mail: Provides a count of all mail communications sent for the current school year
YTD Text: Provides a count of all text messages sent for the current school year
YTD Households: Provides a count of the unique households reached for the current school year
Inclusion rate: Provides the percentage of households in the district that have received any communication from EveryDay Labs.
In the Communication Summary table, you can view communications by event and by school.
In the Campaign view, you'll see:
Communication Type: Whether the event was text or mail
Planned send date: This is the date EveryDay Labs planned to send the communication
Students selected: This is the count of students that were selected to receive the communication
Responses: This is the count of responses received that were associated with the event
Family Engagement: This space has the number of resources provided to families, plus the opt-out rate for both text and letter messaging.
In the School view, you'll see YTD Mail, YTD Text, YTD Households, and Inclusion rate. These are consistent with the descriptions above, but for a specific school rather than the entire district.
