How often are the data updated?

Data on responses and resources provided are updated daily. Data on which communications have been sent, mail issues, and phone issues are updated when communications are sent, which varies by district.

Why don't the YTD Mail, YTD Text, and YTD Households from the school view add up to what I see at the district level?

Some students are enrolled in multiple schools at once. When this happens, they are counted for both schools in the school view, but only once when looking at the district-wide counts.

Why do some schools receive more nudges than other schools?
โ€‹
EveryDay Labs uses a research-based algorithm to select the individual students and families most likely to benefit from receiving a communication. This sometimes means that the percentage of students receiving a communication at one school is higher than the percentage at another school. If you have questions, or you're concerned that some schools might be underserved by the Intervention, reach out to your district's program manager.

Where can I find information about student's who have been opted out of communications?

Opt-outs for mail communications are available in the student profile. Opt-outs for text are tied to the phone number that opted out and are available in the Family tab and family profile.

If a parent/guardian opts out of text does that opt all students in the household out of text?

No. When a parent/guardian opts out of text, they are opting their phone number out of receiving texts. Their student(s) may still be selected for and receive other communications. If they want to opt out of mail communications for the household, they need to call our Family Support Team to request to be opted out.
