Keeping track of information pertaining to specific students is simple on EveryDay Pro. In order to add a student note or a barrier that a student is experiencing take the following steps:

  1. Click on All Students to pull up a list of students at your school site.

  2. Click on an individual student to open their student profile.

  3. Once in the student profile, scroll down to the bottom of the profile and click on ‘Add Note’.

  4. You’ll then be prompted to choose the type of note you’d like to add:

    1. Barrier Assessment

    2. Behavioral Assessment

    3. House Call

    4. General Note

  5. If adding a barrier, click on Barrier Assessment and choose from the drop down menu that appears.

  6. Add a description or additional information (ie: note the person you spoke to about the student) and press submit.

  7. Once submitted, you’ll see individual barriers appear at the top of the student profile under ‘Barriers’.

  8. Any other notes will appear at the bottom of the student profile in the Notes section.
